I’ve lived in Greenville since 2023, although I’m a North Carolina native, having grown up in Apex. I moved to Pitt County from Charleston, South Carolina to join the faculty at East Carolina University, where I’m an assistant professor in the Department of Health Education and Promotion. I earned a PhD in Public Health from the University of South Florida, an MPH from Emory University, and Bachelor’s Degrees in Biological Sciences and Spanish from North Carolina State University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two small dogs, reading, dining out, and traveling.
